ZAEBARO
Imagine what air feels like on your body
when your skin is burned to the third degree.
That is the closest language I have
for how life feels to me emotionally.
Unprocessed anger or pain is an unstoppable force.
Even love becomes obsession
when the intensity has nowhere to go.
When emotions are trapped, they destroy.
Zaebaro is how I process what I can’t carry alone.
Zaebaro is my therapist.
I paint first.
Understanding comes later.
Zaebaro is:
• where pain is transformed, not explained
• where emotion becomes object
• where reflection happens after the act
• where healing is not hidden — it is framed, sold, and archived
Zaebaro is my therapist because:
• it doesn’t interrupt me
• it doesn’t try to correct or fix me
• it lets me act first, and understand later,
without hurting anyone — including myself
